Meet The Team

Chris is one of our very experienced chiropractors available at both our Newport and Stafford chiropractic clinics. He has a variety of skills including: Chiropractic, medical acupuncture (myofascial dry needling); Shockwave Therapy; kinesio (sports) taping; ultrasound therapy and spinal rehabilitation. He has also recently gained certification in neuro-mechanical nutrition from the Academy of Chiropractic Nutrition. As a keen mountain biker and runner, Chris knows what it takes to obtain (and maintain) good spinal function and movement having suffered back pain, a disc prolapse, and surgery prior to training as a Chiropractor. He is a registered Doctor of Chiropractic and is very passionate about helping his patients to not only to get out of pain, but also manage their conditions in the long term. He is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and a member of the British Chiropractic Association.

Liesa is our Sports and Remedial Massage and Scar Therapist, and is available at our Stafford Chiropractic & Wellness clinic. A keen and regular recreational runner, Liesa is very passionate and knowledgeable when it comes to soft tissue injuries and has undergone many hours of learning with one of the most prestigious massage schools in the country (NLSSM) and holds a BTEC Level 5 Professional Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy Diploma. This includes skills in soft tissue release and energy techniques for both sports and everyday relaxation and postural tension.

Liesa is also a qualified RESTORE Scar Therapy Practitioner and holds Oncology Massage qualifications so that she can further help those with more challenging conditions to have some functional improvement and pain relief. She is also interested in Lymphatic system  massage which is next on the list!

Hannah is a qualified Sports Massage Therapist and is available at our Stafford Chiropractic & Wellness clinic. She is also a qualified physiotherapist working full time within the NHS. Her love of movement and sport came from being a competitive gymnast since the age of 5 and has continued into adulthood with a passion for Pilates and regular gym sessions. Hannah has a keen interest in musculoskeletal health and injuries and her training includes skills in soft tissue techniques to aid with sports injury recovery. She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).
