Massage Therapy
What is Massage Therapy?
Our massage therapists offer sports, remedial (therapeutic) and deep tissue massage which is focused on the soft tissues of the body — muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissue. Before treatment, our qualified therapists discuss any areas of pain, tension or limited movement you may have.
Then they use targeted massage methods to:
Restore optimal muscle function and flexibility
Release daily physical stress and tension
Alleviate pain, whether from sports injuries or chronic issues
It’s not just about sport — this therapy can benefit anyone experiencing muscle stiffness, discomfort, or wishing to improve physical wellbeing.
We offer a number of massage techniques:
We offer various massage techniques to help your overall health and recovery:
Sports Massage
Remedial Massage
Deep Tissue Massage
Relaxation Massage
Trigger Point Therapy
Myofascial Release
Massage therapy as a stand-alone treatment is often very beneficial, however if we feel that other therapies such as chiropractic, dry needling or shockwave may accelerate your recovery, we can offer a combination of therapies. Many of our clients who receive a combination often experience more effective and longer term benefits.
How It Helps You
