Prioritising your health and safety

We are currently open for chiropractic and shockwave in Newport and Stafford, and massage will be starting from 3rd August in Stafford only. This will be with reduced hours and special procedures to keep both you and our team safe during Covid-19. We've carried out a wide range of risk assessments and made procedural changes throughout the clinics, based on BCA and PHE guidelines in order to see you again.

Booking Appointments

You can book appointments online, by contacting us or by calling our reception service on 01785 530911 (Stafford) or 01952 825042 (Newport). If we are not available please leave a message and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Please note our current working hours and procedures below.

Chiropractic & Shockwave

Clinic Hours:

  • Stafford Wednesdays 2pm to 6pm and Fridays 9am to 1pm (from August 5th Wednesdays 10am - 8pm)
  • Newport Tuesdays 2pm to 6pm and Saturdays 9am to 1pm (from August 4th Tuesdays 9am - 6pm)

For NEW Chiropractic or Shockwave patients:

  • From 1st August we are accepting face to face new patients
  • Up until then ALL new chiropractic and shockwave patients must have a 30-40 minute telehealth (video or telephone) consultation
  • This must be paid for in advance via a BACS invoice or a PayPal request.
  • Your paperwork will be sent to you via your appointment confirmation/reminder emails for you to complete

For EXISTING Chiropractic or Shockwave patients (face to face appointments):

  • Up to 48 hours before each appointment, we will send you confirmation and/or reminder emails
  • Within that email will be a link to fill out a Covid-19 Risk Assessment and Declaration
  • We will also call you before your appointment if necessary
  • Please follow the advice below for attending your appointment

Massage (Stafford only)

Clinic Hours:

  • Liesa Mondays 2pm to 8pm, Thursdays 9am to 12pm and Fridays 2pm to 6.30pm (from August 3rd)
  • Matt Thursdays 2pm to 8pm and Saturdays 9am to 1.30pm (from August 6th)

For NEW massage patients:

  • Sorry, but we are not accepting new massage clients at this time

For EXISTING massage patients (face to face appointments):

  • Up to 48 hours before each appointment, we will send you confirmation and/or reminder emails
  • Within that email will be a link to fill out a Covid-19 Risk Assessment and Declaration
  • We will also call you before your appointment if necessary
  • Please follow the advice below for attending your appointment

General procedures

For the safety of you and our staff, we are:

  • Adapting our opening times, appointments and reception areas to allow for social distancing and cleaning
  • Providing hand sanitiser for your use in the reception areas and treatment rooms.
  • Wearing all appropriate PPE according to PHE guidelines
  • Cleaning and disinfecting of all necessary surfaces between appointments
  • Considering and assessing each case individually to determine possible risks of Covid
  • Promoting remote-treatment and self-help where appropriate (e.g. for those at high risk)

Covid-19 Patient Information

Please adhere to the following instructions when attending your appointment:

  • Please leave loose items at home, including belts.
  • Please bring a freshly laundered towel to your appointments (Chiropractic only).
  • Please arrive in clothes comfortable and ready for treatment. We won't be offering gowns unless absolutely necessary.
  • Please wear your own mask or face covering. If not, one can be supplied for a £1 fee.
  • Please arrive on time or (at most) 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you are late you may miss your appointment and have to reschedule.
  • When you arrive, please stay in your car or wait outside. Your clinician will come and collect you or call you to let you know we are ready for you.
  • Please sanitise your hands using the hand gel on entering the building.
  • Please attend your appointment on your own, unless you are under 16 years old.
  • Please note that we will be taking card payments to prevent handling of cash.
  • Please leave the clinic immediately and as quickly as possible after your appointment.
  • Receipts will have to be emailed or posted and cannot be printed at the appointment.

UNFORTUNATELY AT THIS TIME WE CANNOT SEE YOU IF YOU OR SOMEONE IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD/ UNDER YOUR CARE ARE IN A HIGHER RISK GROUP FOR COMPLICATIONS FROM THE VIRUS. High risk or extremely clinically vulnerable people are advised to shield. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD/UNDER YOUR CARE ARE SELF ISOLATING, OR DEVELOP ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS AFTER MAKING THE APPOINTMENT:

  • LOSS OF TASTE OR SENSE OF SMELL
  • FEVER
  • COUGH
  • SHORTNESS OF BREATH
  • FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS
  • Or any other symptoms of COVID 19, which can be found by clicking here, please cancel your appointment.

IF YOU HAVE VISITED ANY OF THE COUNTRIES NOT EXCLUDED FROM "ALL BUT ESSENTIAL TRAVEL" IN THE LAST 14 DAYS, YOU MUST NOT VISIT THE CLINIC. You must quarantine for 14 days before visiting us if you have been to any of the countries NOT in the governments exempt list.
