Covid-19 Information & Changes

We are open for all appointments

We will continue to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for all our staff and clients. Staff will still wear all appropriate PPE and clean between each client. Although masks are no longer mandatory, please feel free to wear one if you prefer. and sanitise hands on entry and exit to the clinic. Covid/illness screening will also still take place via a questionnaire prior to appointments.

Please note our current working hours and Covid procedures below.

Chiropractic & Shockwave

Clinic Hours:

  • Stafford: Mondays 8am to 1.40pm, Wednesdays 10am to 7.00pm and Thursdays 1.40pm - 7.00pm
  • Stafford (Shockwave only): Friday mornings 10am to 12pm
  • Newport: Tuesdays 9am to 8pm

For NEW Chiropractic or Shockwave patients:

  • Your paperwork will be sent to you via your appointment confirmation/reminder emails for you to complete online
  • If you can't fill your paperwork out online, we will call and go through the form(s)

For NEW and EXISTING Chiropractic or Shockwave patients:

  • Up to 48 hours before each appointment, we will send you confirmation and/or reminder emails
  • Within that email will be a link to fill out an Appointment Declaration form to confirm attendance.
  • We will also call you before your appointment if necessary

Massage (Stafford only):

Clinic Hours:

  • Liesa Mondays 2pm to 7.30pm, Thursdays 9am to 12.45pm and Fridays 10.30am to 7.30pm

For NEW massage patients:

  • Your paperwork will be sent to you via your appointment confirmation/reminder emails for you to complete online
  • If you can't fill your paperwork out online, we will call and go through the form(s)

For NEW and EXISTING massage patients:

General procedures

Please follow these instructions when attending:

  • Arrive on time for your appointment and wait in reception if available.
  • Wait for your clinician to come and collect you when ready.
  • Wear clothes that are comfortable and ready for treatment.
  • Sanitise your hands using the hand gel on entering the building.
  • Attend on your own, unless you are under 16 years old or require a chaperone.

Cancellations
Should you wish to re-arrange or cancel your appointment, please contact us with at least 24 hours notice if possible. If you cancel with short notice, or miss your appointment, we reserve the right to charge a fee or keep your payment and you will lose your appointment.

Illnesses and Covid-19
If you have ANY current illnesses or feel unwell, including Covid symptoms (found at https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/symptoms/), then please DO NOT attend and reschedule your appointment.

Mask wearing and PPE use is no longer mandatory, but is risk-assessed on a case by case basis. Our practitioners will continue to wear masks and will encourage you to wear one provided you feel comfortable, unless exclusions apply. To keep everyone safe, strict infection prevention control measures are still in place.
